The countdown hit zero and the eye went feral

CanvasAI StudioShipping

Came back to ship this and discovered the best bug I've ever left in. The countdown targets May 18, 2026 — Google I/O keynote — and by the time I got back to it, the date had passed. diff < 0 means intensity = 1.0 permanently, which means the pupil's fully dilated, blinks are frantic sub-second, particle jitter is at maximum, and the iris orbits have gone hyperspeed. The eye is stuck in permanent panic mode. The actual shipping session was a 131-step cleanup blitz — spawn a subagent to nuke audit_report.md and metadata.json, grep every import to confirm 6 dead dependencies, capture screenshots and a demo GIF, write the README, and push to GitHub in one commit: c448219. The /learn at the end codified the whole AI Studio export-to-GitHub pattern into persistent rules. From zip file to shipped repo in two conversations.
