Exported a countdown timer from AI Studio and immediately knew the timer wasn't the point. The zip had a Next.js scaffold with React Three Fiber, some cloud shaders, and a scroll-driven camera — standard AI Studio output. But when I ran the recon and scrolled through it the first time, something clicked. The scroll experience of diving through clouds, that feeling of descending from "Cloud 9" onto Shoreline Amphitheatre — that was the thing. Not a countdown. A vibe. I was on cloud nine about I/O, and the metaphor of literally flying down through clouds onto the venue was too good to leave as a scaffold. Spent the first session just understanding what the export gave me and what I'd need to reshape it into something worth keeping.
